为进一步开发新型环境友好型光芬顿催化剂,基于反应烧结法制备了铁铝尖晶石,探究了铁铝尖晶石对罗丹明B染料的光芬顿催化性能和降解机理。结果表明:试样中物相组成为具有Fe2+和Fe3+复合价态的高纯铁铝尖晶石。通过调整pH值、催化剂质量浓度和H2O2剂量,铁铝尖晶石催化罗丹明B呈现不同的降解效率。当工艺条件为pH=3.14、1.0 g/L FeAl2O4和2% H2O2时,降解效率达到90.71%,TOC去除率达76.46%。经过4次循环使用后,铁铝尖晶石仍然保持良好的稳定性。反应烧结法合成的铁铝尖晶石是一种具有潜在价值的光芬顿催化剂,在染料废水处理中具有应用前景。

硅基探测器具有稳定可靠、暗电流低、响应度高、价格低廉等优点,被广泛应用于光电探测等领域。针对硅基探测器在紫外波段探测能力有限的问题,设计了一款可增强硅基探测器在紫外波段探测能力的聚光结构。首先,利用ZnCdS∶Mn/ZnS量子点的荧光特性将吸收的紫外光转化为可见光。然后,配合短波通截止滤色膜使探测器在260~400 nm波段的外量子效率均大于20%,响应时间限制在ms量级,暗电流限制在pA量级。实验结果表明,使用量子点层的聚光结构能明显改善硅基探测器在紫外波段的探测能力,通过改变量子点的尺寸还可以在紫外波段实现探测范围可调的硅基探测器。

为提升多光源太阳模拟器复合光斑的对焦精度, 以构建的多光源太阳模拟器为实验研究对象, 采用机器视觉的方法提取聚焦光斑中心世界坐标, 将太阳模拟器简化为关节机器人, 利用D-H法得到灯单元反向运动学参数, 进而完成光斑自动对焦系统设计, 对光斑自动对焦系统进行了简单实验。结果表明: 多光源太阳模拟器聚焦光斑中心对焦精度误差在1mm 以内, 可以满足预期的太阳模拟器实验需求。

为更加合理的利用太阳模拟器焦平面辐射能流, 以所构建的集聚型太阳模拟器为研究对象, 利用红外热像仪对光源和焦平面离焦时焦平面温度场进行实验测试以体现焦平面辐照度变化情况。结果表明: 随着光源或焦平面离焦, 焦斑内辐照度由高斯分布逐渐变得分散, 辐照不均性降低, 焦斑面积明显增大; 光源正向离焦5mm比负向离焦5mm造成焦斑内辐照度分布更加分散, 总辐照度损失更大; 焦平面负向离焦100mm相比于氙灯离焦5mm, 焦斑范围内辐照度不均度变化不大, 平均辐照度下降更低。研究结论可为太阳模拟器调焦机构设计、合理利用焦平面辐射能流提供重要参考。

Research on white light-emitting diodes (LEDs) based on multi-color-emitting quantum dots (QDs) is carried out in this Letter. The equations of luminous efficiency (LE), color rendering index (CRI), chromaticity coordinates (x,y), and color temperature (Tc) of white LEDs are obtained, according to the spectral-LE function Φ of LED chips and QDs. The calculated results indicate that the values of the performance parameters of QD-based white LEDs are closely related and proportional to the QDs’ fluorescence spectra, and white LEDs with a high LE and a high CRI may be fabricated based on QDs. We have provided theoretical guidance for preparing such white LEDs.

“Giant” CdSe/CdS core/shell nanocrystals (NCs) were synthesized with thick CdS shell (15 monolayers), and the x-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement indicates there is a zinc blende phase in the thick CdS shell, whereas it transformed into wurtzite phase under 5 min radiation with a 400 nm, 594 μJ∕cm2 femtosecond (fs) laser beam. The evolution of the NCs’ spontaneous emission under the fs laser radiation was recorded with a Hamamatsu streak camera. The as-synthesized NCs exhibit an amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) at 530 nm, which comes from a bulk-like CdS shell due to the interfacial potential barrier, which could slow down the relaxation of holes from the shell to the core. After being annealed by an fs laser, the ASE of the g-NCs is transferred from a bulk-like CdS shell to a quantum-confined CdSe core because the phase transformation determined with the XRD measurement could remove the interfacial barrier. Besides the ASE at 643 nm, two shorter-wavelength ASE peaks at 589 and 541 nm, corresponding to optical transitions of the second (1P) and third (1D) electron quantization shells of the CdSe core, also appear, thus indicating that Auger recombination is effectively suppressed.materials

以目前国内研制的多光源太阳模拟器光学系统为研究对象,采用数值计算和软件模拟相结合的的方法对太阳模拟器光学系统光源存在不同空间角度偏差时光斑汇聚形式和汇聚效果进行了分析,确定光源允许产生的最大位置偏差,并依据研究结果指导光斑的调节.结果表明,太阳模拟器光源的空间位置是影响复合光斑形状和能量分布的关键因素,可为太阳模拟器光源调节系统的设计、光斑数据分析和关键零部件加工精度的确定提供参考.

A triple-layer light-emitting diode based on an organic salt ASPT (trans-4-[p-[N-methyl-N-(hydroxyethyl)amino]styryl]-N-methylpyridinium tetraphenylborate), in which TPD and Alq3 were employed as hole and electron transporting materials respectively, exhibits variable electroluminescence (EL) spectra under different applied voltage. At lower voltage, the EL spectrum peaks at 560 nm, which emanates from the TPD/ASPT interface; when the voltage is further increased, the peak at 610 nm, which is originated from ASPT, increases; at higher applied voltage, the device yields green light with a peak at 530 nm and a shoulder at 610 nm. The stronger emission peaking at 530 nm stems from the Alq3. It reveals the hole-electron recombination zone depends on the applied voltage, so the color-variable EL can be observed by adjusting the applied voltage.

The surface morphology is one of the important factors to determine the optical properties of colloidal quantum dots. Colloidal CdSe dots were synthesized by the injection of precursor molecules in a hot surfactant, and a series of samples were obtained by partially replacing the ligands on the surface of these dots with 2-mercaptoethanol. 2-mercaptoethanol results in the decrease of the photoluminescent quantum yield, and the time-resolved photoluminescent (PL) spectra are significantly modified. The effect of the surface morphology is discussed.
